What you can expect
All clients who work with me will experience a multi-faceted approach to nutrition coaching. Part of nutrition coaching will always include an assessment of your habits and dietary patterns. I also emphasize the use of nutrition education to help clients feel empowered to make their own decisions. I will always work to ensure a collaborative environment during our interactions.
You can schedule a free 15 minute consultation to talk through your questions and work through the best ways I can support you.

You’ll log your food for 5-7 days so we can learn more about your habits and your relationship with food. This is where we start the work of understanding your dietary habits. I will analyze the diary and use that to guide our 1:1 coaching sessions.

We will meet to discuss your food diary, talk through my analysis, and where we can strengthen the foundation for new habits. We will briefly talk about your levels of exercise and how that can support you goals.

Education is how we are going to empower you. Whether you choose a virtual discussion or digestible, written lessons, each package includes this critical element that empower you to make good decisions in all situations.
How it works
There are no easy fixes or shortcuts to building lifelong habits.
The goal is to help you achieve new dietary habits and give you the means to sustain those dietary habits for the rest of your life.
Our focus will primarily be on diet quality and how that can lead you to your goals. Otherwise, we will be stuck in a vicious cycle of crash diets that are impossible to maintain.
This process will take time and effort from both of us. I’ll be here anytime to support you, but your commitment is critical for your success.

The first step is to set up a free consultation. We will get to know each other and I will explain how I operate. This helps us understand if we are a good fit to work together and if your goals are aligned with the scope of practice.
During this first consultation, I will also explain in detail the different packages and make a recommendation based on your goals. Packages can be adjusted based on your interests and I will do my best to accomodate your financial situation because I know that money can be barrier to getting support.
After the free consultation, if we decide we are a good fit, you will select your package. If you already know what services you want to sign up for, you can head straight to selecting the package that suits your needs. I will send you an email with detailed information about what you can expect, your food diary template, and information about scheduling your appointments. You can choose to pay a few months at a time, or break payments up into installments - we can discuss those details too.
