OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER PEOPLE WITH SCIENCE TO improve thEIr wellbeing through increasing their KNOWLEDGE of Nutrition and exercise science to REACH AND SUSTAIN THEIR GOALS LONG-TERM.
My style of coaching is about using the research and evidence to our advantage - we know that empowering people and building a strong foundation of understanding, coupled with slow changes to dietary patterns and physical activity lead to long-term habit formation. My goal is to build these habits and reinforce a healthy relationship with food along the way.
I want to emphasize that this platform is about being inclusive - weight stigma and bias lead to poor outcomes. This space is supportive and my approach of guiding clients towards their goal through empowering them with education. Clients will have the knowledge they need to understand my recommendations and feel comfortable adapting them to different environments.

Each nutrition and exercise package is designed to make sure we can meet your goals, long-term. You can expect a combination of practical sessions, where we discuss your dietary habits, and educational sessions, where topics will be tailored to assist the process of dietary changes based on your goals and interests. Exercise plans are always accompanied with a similar structure of regular touch points to troubleshoot exercises and check in about how you're feeling.

OUR METHOD
Clients explore different types of exercise, and I am there to guide you along the way. Enjoying exercise is a critical part to long term lifestyle changes, and that's always the goal.
We are going to focus on the development of daily routines to increase your physical activity level and explore new forms of exercise if it works for you. Exercise has many benefits and it's a must to improve wellbeing. My goal is to help clients reach milestones; whether you are focused on improving health through general exercise or completing a race, we will work together to get you there.
AT mf nutrition, Clients make their own choices so they can enjoy their meals without any restrictions because “good” and “bad” foods don’t exist.
Often people struggle to keep up with diets and exercise. Headlines that declare certain foods or type of exercise as “good” or “bad” for you will influence someone's choice. Here, we don’t do “good” or “bad” foods or exercise, and our recommendations aren’t about limiting your options. We will work through developing your understanding of the nutritional value foods have and your understanding of exercise so that we can balance your needs and what feels right for you so that you can enjoy.

I’m not a registered dietitian nutritionist, I’m a nutrition coach and personal trainer, thus I’m not allowed to assist you with medical nutrition therapy and that is not the purpose of this company. While I provide an evidence-based approach that has a positive impact on your health and wellbeing, I’m not the right person to assist you if you are seeking to treat a specific disease or condition. We can work together to improve your dietary habits in general and develop a better understanding of key nutrition concepts, but I will not be able to assist with specific treatments.
